Nandini is coming back from Mumbai. There is anticipation in the Joshi household regarding Pinakin and Nandini's engagement which is soon to happen. Shailesh is very skeptical of Purushottam's intentions. He feels Purushottam will again try to stall the engagement. On the other hand, Purushottam gets a heart attack. The entire family is worried about this but Shailesh feels that his theory is coming true. Purushottam might just be faking this attack to stall the engagement? What is the truth?
