I personally have been in the same situation twice. Once I was in play that did not want to be in but had to be in for my grade, and I forgot my lines. I completely blanked. I paused for like two minutes (which felt like 20 😆 ), and stared out into the audience. I saw my drama teacher looking down and twirling her hair frantically. Finally the other girl on stage made up some random lines and ended the scene. The thing was that a few people did notice, but most people did not. Including people that were IN the play. I was super embarassed for sooo long! People do forget and for the most part do not care. Everyone makes mistakes and has embarassing moments. They laugh and move one.
The other incident was this past Diwali I was asked by some people to do a dance with them, and I was just bad in general. I can't dance, and I told them too, but they did not care. I was real embarassed, but people thought I did well, even though I did not.
In short, people will sometimes laugh at your embarassinf moments, but for the most part, they don't notice or care. The people that actually care about you will not make fun of you for it and will be nice to you about it.
