Here Is The Update For 17tth July, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.



The Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-

The scene is with Akrithi and Shona facing each other. S D tells, as a matter of fact, that from Gentleman To Gentle Woman. S D means that Akrithi desires to transform, if she had not been so, that is.

Scene then shifts to the staircase area in the hall. Peter and Rummy are watch a sandal and red dress adorned lady stepping down the stairs. She is Akrithi. Peter And Rummy are stunned and act so. Akrithi does the usual model walk with Rummy and Peter watching her in awe. Markhand enters the room and he too is bamboozled by Akrithi's stunning appearance. Akrithi walks backwards right into Markhand's arms and end up gazing into each other's eyes. Peter, Rummy, and the girls, Purvi And Vidya, who had come over by then, have big smiles on them.

Akrithi then pulls away and has Markhand on the floor and is back to her usual self. And when she gives her piece of mind Markhand had disappeared. Rummy and Peter act crazy and Akrithi tells them they would get the beating of their lives, not the exact words though, they too disappear.

Akrithi walks away.

Abhimanyu is walking along the corridor and comes to face to face with Akrithi and playfully tries to block her path and then allows her to pass and Akrithi apologises with "Sorry Sir". Abhimanyu is surprised and Akirithi tells thank you to Abhimanyu and explains her transformation is due to Shona's help and Akrithi is have a session of one hour with S D.

After Akrithi leaves Abhimanyu wonders as to why others have all the luck and he has to wait. And he has to safe guard himself from what, it was not clear.

Markhand comes out of his bath and into the crazy world of Rummy and Peter. When asked why he is in bath towel wrap, Markhand says he has had his bath twelve times over to wash away his sin for touching another woman, Markhand's perception of things. This leads to fresh round of fun, rib tickles and merrymakings. Markhand at first tries to make Peter And Rummy to understand his views but gives up his rather futile attempts.

Akrithi enters S D's room with a knock on the door. S D notices that Akrithi is holding the footwear and asks Akrithi the reasons. Akrithi says she felt uncomfortable with the sounds that the footwear made and thus evoking whistles from the boys.

Shona then says how ever the cheap it might sound, the whistle were that of appreciation and that Akrithi must learn to accept them. Further this leads to Shona giving Akrithi a class on Etiquette. To Sit, Talk And much more. Further few words are brought out to bring out the qualities of Womanhood.

There is a touching scene of Akrithi asking S D whether she, Akrithi that is would be able to take care of the aged. S D is positive about Akrithi's abilities in this regard.

Later Akrithi enters her dormitory to the welcome of Purvi and Vidya. She has few things given to her by Shona, to help Akrithi to rediscover herself. They all unwrap the parcels and also a stuffed puppy with note is found Akrithi reads the note and few advises are mentioned.

And there is a scene of Akrithi holding the stuffed puppy with a far away look.

At some point much to the joy of Vidya and Purvi, Akrithi in her uniform puts on some make up and all sound happy.

At the Assembly, Major Vaibhavi attired in uniform and the foot wear is slippers. Rummy is surprised by Major's fast recovery.

Major Vaibhavi makes an announcement that she is proud to announce The Highest Army Civilian Award to Makhan Mallah whose role as a civilian deserved the award. Markhand is Surprised and Astonished. And standing ovation is given by Peter, Rummy, Vidya, Akrithi, Purvi and Vidya.

The two Captains and the Major are having discussions in the Majors office. Captain Gunraj explains the August 15^th Parade and S D connections and the possibility of Akrithi being dragged in. Captain Abhimanyu intervenes to say each time Gunny is obsessed with making wild connections without any evidence. Major Vaibhavi says that it is true that Gunny has no evidence but it is worth the effort to be careful. Then says that Abhimanyu is doing a good job and that S D is trying to extract information from him as well and this knowledge and fact has to be used to his advantage. And To Gunny She says he has to be careful.

Gunny gets some information over the telephone.

There is a scene with Akrithi wearing bangles and admiring herself.

Later Gunny seeks permission from Major Vaibhavi to proceed on the message received. Without any hesitation Major Vaibhavi Grants the permission.

Akrithi is in S D's Room and tells Shona that she liked the puppy more. And S D then leads Akrithi on to her past. Akrithi's childhood memories are mixture of happy and sadness filled hard life. Akrithi was nine or ten when she played and held her brothers. Some years later her Father had a paralytic attack and had to take up work to help her mother. And five six years down the line parents died.

To the query from Shona, as to where her brothers were, there is an immediate transformation in her and she is back to her usual old self.

Akrithi opines that if her past with her brothers had anything with her present change to a woman was important then she would rather be as she is now. A tough cookie and Man like behaviour. She thanks Shona and leaves.
