Here Is The Update For 16tth July, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
The Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
The scene is with Doc Shalini calling out to the orderlies to restore power immediately and she is continues to work on Major Vaibhavi. With the Cadets watching and after few tension filled moments the power is restored. The Medical Equipments start working and the Major stops gasping and is stable.
Orderly come in to say the inverter had been turned on. { I Think This Is A Mistake Committed 1. You Can Use A U P S ; 2. Inverter Is Turned On Always In Hospitals.} And asks Doc Shalini if everything is under control. Doc Shalini Replies that thanks to the inverter everything is under control.
Outside Akrithi is angry that things are not going the Cadets / Her way. Doc Shalini comes out of the I C U and says Major Vaibhavi is fine and will be out on the morrow.
Markhand gives a cry of joy and in praise of his Deity and hugs Akrithi much to the joy and amusement of Vidya and Purvi who are smiling. Akrithi is bit stunned.
Scene shifts with Major Vaibhavi getting up and having a glass of water. Later she notices the bullet on a tray and picks it up. She holds it up and recollects the sequence of events leading to her getting shot in a flash back.
Markhand is praying with a prayer song. The duo of Rummy And Peter enter the room and start pulling Markhand's legs, that a great Swami in the form of Markhand is in their midst and that Peter ought to be blessed. Rummy seeks blessings on behalf of Peter; that Peter gets some girl to hug him.
Markhand is angry that Peter And Rummy spoilt his corrective penance for having touched another woman. This statement of Markhand has Rummy and Peter in splits. Markhand is wondering the reaction of Akrithi.
In the mess area Akrithi is having breakfast. Peter and Purvi come and make fun of Markhand's hug and Akrithi's reaction, Akrithi says that nothing had happened and what ever happened is what happens to any normal Girl. This remark leads to more fun and Purvi says it is breaking news and it ought to be put out in bold letters and display. They continue the merrymaking while Akrithi is furious.
Scene shifts to Major Vaibhavi who is trying to hang a towel on the hangar but it slips and falls down. When she bends to pick she feels the pain in her abdomen and then she talks to herself to boost her stamina and confidence. She notices Markhand who had come in. Markhand says talking to oneself helps and helps in picking the towel and hangs it on the hangar. This after seeking her permission.
Then Markhand says he had come to see her and pleasantries are exchanged and also the well being of Mallah Sr is asked by Major Vaibhavi. Markhand says his Dad is fine and the problem of Mallah Sr being shifted is mentioned. Major Vaibhavi says emotions and running away do not matter as the term of the sentence would not be reduced. She moves away leaving a sad Markhand.
S D and Abhimanyu catch up with each other and Abhimanyu says that Major Vaibhavi would be in her office and would make an announcement. Seeing a bunch of flowers in her hands Abhimanyu opines that the flowers would go waste and he would not mind those flowers are handed over to him. S D says he could keep it and she gives it to him.
At a Distance and between the plants, Akrithi watches S D and Abhimanyu. And makes few notes of S D's mannerism and bejeweled hands, then looks at her bare fingers.
Scene shifts to Abhimanyu's cabin and Akrithi questions Abhimanyu whether she is not a woman / girl, Abhimanyu says what kind of question was that. Then Akrithi goes back in time to Abhimanyu's comment ; of Akrithi not being girl ; and the day of Abhimanyu teaching her to dance. She reminds him of her view that just as she was / is she is good enough to be a good soldier. Now she wanted an answer.
Abhimanyu says that the question had changed and asks what is the question, Akrithi asks him whether he desired S D, And Abhimanyu has a long look and with a smile says whether in reality is this her Question, Akrithi tells him that others are making fun of her, although such thoughts were never in her. Abhimanyu says that he has some questions, Akrithi interrupts him and says whether he would ask her of the colour that are seen by her. Abhimanyu calmly tells her to let him put the questions and he asks her what would she do when some one beats a baby, and what would she do when she saw or came across an old helpless sick man or a woman.
Akrithi is furious when replying about child, Akrithi wants to beat the person up, Abhimanyu cautions her on her anger and Akrithi further says that she wiould take care of the sick and the helpless old person and tend him or her with the help of the medicine. She struggles with the word. Perplexed she turns to leave and Abhimanyu tells her that she has got her answer.
Akrithi leaves behind Abhimanyu with a satisfied look on his face.
Scene shifts elsewhere with Akrithi taking a solitary walk in a introspective look about her when Major Vaibhavi stops her and asks her whether anything was wrong and Akrithi replies in the negative. Major Vaibhavi wonders about Akrithi?s solitary walk and Akrithi says just walking to pass time as there was a break from her class. Major Vaibhavi wants Akrithi to walk with her.
At some point Akrithi enquires of Major Vaibhavi If she never felt bad since she led a lonely life.. After the long, stern look at Akrithi by Major Vaibhavi, Akrithi tells that they had arrived at Major Vaibhavi's room.
Akrithi is in reflective mood, wonder if Akrithi becomes a Major and lonely would she be as bad as Major Vaibhavi and is pitched in to fast forward and future look at things.
Major Akrithi Bhat walks into the assembly of Cadets, with Markhand, Purvi, Peter, Rummy still cadets, She delivers some speech of Army's ethics and she overhears a cadet saying that she is Major Akrirhi the hard and tough Lady.
Akrithi is awakened into the present.
Akrithi walks further and somewhere she stops and tells she wants to be like girls. And she is facing S D. S D has flashback of her notes on her dairy.
The Episode Ends On The Smiling Face Of S D, With The Screen Splitting Into Two, Akrithi On The Other Part.
