Trends in Bollywood spread faster than fire. With the remake trend really catching on, almost everyone wants to cash in on it.
Producer Ramesh Taurani is no exception to this rule and has been planning to remake the classic, 'Amar Akbar Anthony' for a long time now.
The movie is to be directed by David Dhawan and the three characters are to be played by Salman, Arbaaz and Sohail Khan.
Yup, you heard it right. And if you think this is where the family reunion ends, wait till you hear what I have in store for you.
The lead actress opposite Arbaaz will be played by his wife Malaika Arora Khan and Katrina Kaif will be seen opposite Salman in the movie.
Gosh...that's another trend started by the Bachchans which seems to be catching on real fast.
This working in the family thing is really getting on my nerves now.
But rumour has it that Salman isn't too keen on the project. Afraid of spoiling his image by working with his loser brothers, is he?
The buzz is that he's been trying to avoid the movie and has now even gone ahead and demanded 50 crores for the movie.
Looks like this might actually take him out of the project.

Rumour has it that Himesh Reshammiya was going to score the music of the film but since he's now in the bad books of Sallu bhai, there's little chance he'll get to do it.

Ironically, Salman will be playing the role of a character double his height!
As such, Sallu will go to any extent to play the best role of the lot!
