Hi Priyanka ! the girl next 2 swayam is aastha ,shubh's wife ,swayamis in luv with payal who looks like aastha and swayam thinks that aastha is his wife payal. Pratham is married to aditi but he is in luv with kamini,she is using him 4 his money .
