I think Armaan already likes Rids, although he doesn't ply her with roses and candy. I am saying this because if he truly hated her, he would just be cold to her. but instead, he teases her and plays around with her a lot. He reminds me a little of George Clooney when he was on ER, the resident heartthrob who charmed people in his spare time and a little immature but won over the audience.
