Jolie and Pitt Head to Pakistan for Thanksgiving
HOLLYWOOD - Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are planning to spend their Thanksgiving weekend visiting earthquake victims in Pakistan.
Globe-trotting United Nations goodwill ambassador Jolie is keen to see how the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is taking care of the survivors of the October quake which claimed the lives of 73,000 people—and taking her new beau with her. She says, "We'll be on our way to Pakistan in a matter of days."
The couple wasin Geneva, Switzerland, yesterday for private briefings about their low-key trip to the mountainous Kahmiri region of Pakistan.
