Jay Bhanushali returns with a reality show..

The chocolate boy of television is back. Jay Bhanushali will now be seen as a mentor in Kaun Jeetega Bollywood ka Ticket.
In his second reality show (the first was Jhalak Dikhhlaa Jaa), he teams up with Karan and Patel Abigale Pandey. Blockbuster dreams The actor claims he took this one up because the winner will be cast in a Bollywood multi-starrer. Jay, who has had a long association with Nikhil Advani is also rumoured to be signing his first film with the director.
It was during Jhalak.. that Jay felt his character in Kayamath, his first soap, was going nowhere. A simple love story had taken an awkward turn. Jay then quit.
A year-and-a-half stint on television later, Jay believes he is cut out to be an anchor. But he had to turn down an offer to host Indian Idol 4 because of date issues. I, me, myself The actor has just done a cameo in NDTV Imagine's weekly Ek Packet Umeed playing himself. Jay always wanted to work with Hats Off Productions. He has learnt a thing or two from Aatish Kapadia and JD Majethia. Age issue Jay was in the news when he rejected Sahadeva's role in Kahaani Humaarey Mahabharat ki.. Jatin Shah takes over as the young Pandava prince. "I wasn't comfortable playing such characters at my age," he shrugs.
He was recently named Mr Television Personality at the New Talent Awards. Jay's reaction: "They have a great sense of humour."
