How does law work in this show?

I don't get how this police system and law works in the show? Raunak was escaping police when he got in an accident with Dushant and Nandani. Now, when he is recovering, why doesn't the police get him? Also, legally Kasturi is Robbie's wife then why is she called a Singhania? Robbie was arrested in murder of Raunak, why isn't the police arresting him? Also, if Raunak's memory back according to the family, how come noone is asking him where he was the whole year missing?

If I go deep, Kasturi, Raunak, and Robbie, 3 of them would be in jail right now. But atleast there should be some things that need to be clear for sure.😆

Yummy now is that a loaded question or whaatt!!!👏but man i'd say the theives would have a field day with this type of judiciary system..

and totally agree i say all 3 should be in jail for misleading investigations....

and if i was a cop I'd charge them with the following:

Robbie is charged for criminally seeing and not believeing... and he's also charged for never being there at the right moment (to catch Ronaukkkk in the act...)😡

Kasturi is charged for believing in the criminally insane Shivani.. that robbie pushed Ronauk over the cliff, (again criminally seeing and not believeing..for wasnt kasturi there that night!!!😕)

Ronauk is charged murdering himself and also charged with decite with intent to kill robbie, charged with will fully harming another human being, and for having bad taste in women (anita and shivaniiii..).😆
