that could be possible for ratan to blackmail kumkum by saying that sumit is his captive and he will leave sumit free only if she gets all the property signed of the raichands to his name

more sure that could be ratan almost arm-twisting kumkum forcefully to do things so that Sumit and Gaurav both can be free from his captive
