i think she is ok and just acting like a child to make her enemies fool. well! just see what happen.
why she is talking like a child i didn't watch the epi yet but from the story update i got to know that she is acting and talking like a child. the voice , ascent and way of taking can't be change after an accident it heppens to the by birth mental patients not the ones who are mental due to accidents etc

If you notice carefully... at one moment Salil Aacharya was doing some acting like bandar.. It was off-screen masti and Shubhangi burst into laugh...
