Prachi fell in love now that jus happened she couldn't stop that nor could she stop Miind falling in love with her it just happened... If she did break up with Milind it doesn't mean he would go and fall for Ayesha again and all three could remain happy at the end of the day Milind and Prachi love each other and Prachi did not take that from Ayesha but Ayesha gave Milind away her self my seeking revenge and marrying Neev

I think she is doing it cos its part of her character. She is the sort of person who maintains all her relations and only bcos of her father she is after ayesha. And Milind is not ayesha's happiness bcos he doesnt love her. 😊
