Veer will be the last person on earth to torture Dharam by making him feel guilty.

It was such a sweet scene, don't know how you guys think that Veer will make dharam feel guilty.. I thought he was just missing Dharam too much.. I mean he is with Dharam but still cannot be with him as Veer...and that's what making him so emotional.
