As I posted in this thread before, I do not think Arth is KN's actual son either. Whoever the son is, I must say it will be a rather interesting and very ironic twist of fate if KN's son turns out to be another Ansh instead of the Ansh-pretender Eklavya who is really a good guy pushed over the edge by a psycho family. 😉
