Guess this is turning out to one film where the leading actors are not worried at all about the joke being on them. So much so that even the film's title doesn't spare them and calls out the leading lady as mad and the man as ugly looking!

We are talking about UGLY AUR PAGLI where Ranvir Shorey plays the role of a young man who is boring, monotonous, and has been a failure in academics, courtesy his 10 year long endeavor to clear his engineering exams. On the other hand Mallika Sherawat as Kuhu is the mad girl here who is obnoxious, strong and totally out of control! Going through a personal crisis, she comes from the point of view that the only way to overcome her bad times is to put someone else through what she has been going through.

Now that's UGLY and PAGLI for you. Two unique souls who know the deficiencies they come with and yet are hardly apologetic about them. Knowing the kind of actors Ranvir Shorey and Mallika Sherawat are and their knack for getting their characterization just right, one can foresee a real 'mad' outing when UGLY AUR PAGLI hits the screen.

I have heard about this film where apparently she slaps him 99 times. Doubt that is true, but it does sound interesting.
