Tabu is hardly seen these days in the tinsel town as she is currently taking rest in her hometown of Hyderabad. She is a very choosy actress and seems to have had enough of movies. That's why she rejected to work along with a Amitabh kind of great star. Besides she said no to Sujit Sarkar's 'Shoebite' and Sanjay Chahal's 'Maan Gaye Mughal-e-Azam'. It doesn't mean that she has said goodbye to Bollywood. There is a good news for her fans as she would soon be seen acting in a comedy. This will be a multistory light comedy titled 'Season's Greeting'! So, Tabu is back in what she considers as a hatke (different) movie being made by UTV.

The movie's co-producer Siddaharath Choudhary is very excited and says that they will try to bring out the hidden talent of Tabu. Regarding her role in the movie, he says that she plays a woman who is determined to live her life her way after her husband deserts her. According to sources close to Tabu , she is fed up with her roles in the past , and therefore wants to pursue funny roles as she did in 'Cheeni Kum'. Let's wait and watch how does she perform in a comedy that's so dear to her? Luckily, she was recently spotted while shooting at film city for a BR Chopra film and also attending a film screening there. Welcome, Tabu!

Oh thank god!! Finally she's pulling herself away from these melodramatic, political filled, and tear-filled movies and doing comedy. I like her as an actress, but she looks very simple in most of her movies.
