Birth place of Lord Hanuman &other places

Today program was aired on Zee news-"Hanuman Ke Nishaan". They showed various places relating to Lord Hanuman.

Lord Hanuman's Birthpalace:

They showed Anjan village in Jharkhand. There is a cave in this village. But its gate is closed. It is believed that Mata Anjani gave birth to Lord Hanuman in this cave. There is a wide area inside this cave n a pond also.

Matang Rishi's Hermitage n Pampa Sarovar-

Pampa lake is a very important place in Ramayana. Near this lake Lord Ram expresses his deep-felt love for Sita Ma,

Lord Ram met Lord Hanuman here. They also showed Matang Rishi's Hermitage. Both Pampa lake n Matang Rishi's Aashram r in Palamghat of Jharkhand.

Bharadwaj Rishi's Hermitage n Hauman Temple in Allahabad:

While returning to Ayodhya after killing Ravan Lord Ram visited Bharadwaj's Hermitage to seek his blessings. But Lord Hanuman lost all his power in that war he laid on the floor of the hermitage because he was unable to move. Then Sita Ma put some sindur on Hanuman's forehead to revive his life. Because of Her blessings Hanuman regained his lost powers.

But I have a doubt how Mantag Rishi's Hermitage n Pampa Sarovar can be in Jharkhand. Nasik is the place from where Sita was abducted. Ram_Laxman went southward in search for Sita. How these two places can be in Jharkhand?

Its my confusion too. How Pampa lake n Mantang Rishi's Aashram can be in North India. They crossed Vindhya Mountain to reach Pancahvati. My doubt is that how Mantag Rishi's Hermitage n Pampa Sarovar can be in Jharkhand. Nasik is the place from where Sita was abducted. Ram-Laxman went southward in search for Sita. How these two places can be in Jharkhand?

Can anyone tell in which state Kishkindha n Rishyamukh Mountain is?
