Ya she actually wears extensions on the show. If you look closely you can actually tell its extenions. Her real hair is curly and short, and for the SPA she straightened her hair. Her real hair just goes up to her back, while in the show the extensions go up to her waist. There is no possible way that her hair grows overnight for the show. Yes I actually really did my research because it was bugging me for a long time.
