there are certain rules and characteristics for a drama. Since all these shows,movies r based on drama there shd be some comedians too. So they introduce new characters as comedians since there is no consistency of carrying 1 comedian thru out the serial.

they just bring in characters wen ever they need to fix the story line thts it
