The dialogue that neeta herself ll break the marriage was a forwarning. She would never want a damaged goods for her son. And she would break the marriage at the last moment.

Phir wahi ITV Ka routine trope izzat bachane k liye shaadi. Anoop jalota ll have a heart attack and to save saumyas izzat jeet will step in to marry her widening the rift between jeet and ridhaan.

And shaadi k bad sumo will realize her feelings for jeet and then the journey towards discovery would begin. And anoop jalota would get another chance to sunao jeet ki u were waiting for this to happened. tumne hum sab kondhoka diya blah blah blah blah.

God if they go this way I am so done. The show ends for me there. I would only see jeeya scenes from YouTube no coming back to tv.

Oh certainly. If they show a majboori ki shaadi where J steps in to save S ki izzat from samaj ke taane, it’s Tata bye bye from me as well.

Fair. I don’t want it to be one off moment either. It should actually steer inka dynamic forward and give them a moment to reflect in where they are at vis-à-vis their feelings!

Yes I agree Krish can take a better stand. But the way Anoop ka character dikhaya hai- he’s a horrible dad. The few times Krish tried to speak up (for example when J initially left the house right before her Mata ki Chowki)- Anoop immediately shut him up.

So it’s a lot to do with the parenting style as well. Mathur house has not given their kids an equal platform where they can voice their opinions/ concerns.

S ka bhi dekh hi rahe ho. Apni Sachai kya Batayi, they are busy finding anyone of the opposite gender who they can marry her off to.

He is already hating it. He didn't like ridhaan interfering between him and sumo in today's episode as well. It was there a little subtle but it was there. The aparant feeling of someone else has a say in sumos matter. And the compitition and th discussion was an after effect of that interference.

Chalo sab chhodo, if he was as decent as he portrays himself to be, he should have a spine. I always say his spine is conditional because he shows it when there isn't much at stake, but the moment something is at stake, iski spine kachhue ki tarah khud ke andar chhup jaati hai.

He's a typical 'I'm a good guy' man who relies on performative niceness that amounts to nothing and is worthless when it's necessary.

And coincidentally, Ridhaan is literally just Anoop with a progressive costume.

I didn't mean it that way. What I meant was the conditional spine needs to go and he needs to grow unconditional spine. That only comes when u care for someone so much that everything else is just background noise and only that person matters. I don't mean to say he should be romantically in love. There is parents love siblings love friends love. But ye ishq wala love is another form of love.

Love is a pure emotion ya. He cares for sumo but not enough to put everything at stake. Bepaak pyaar spine la hi deta hai akhirkar. But I agree with u.

Also, the way Anoop and Madhu reacted to Saumya saying she told Neeta/Geeta the truth was so gross.

Anoop literally went "Main hota toh [accept] nahi karta." and the first thing Madhu did, upon hearing that Neeta/Geeta is okay with it, was to literally question the same thing and be surprised. Both of these idiots, instead of being happy, were in disbelief, which just reeks of subconscious disgust for what happened to Saumya, it reeked of an innate belief that Saumya is tainted.

Which is just so wrong because no one but Roop should be maligned and held accountable for this. Not Saumya.

Normally brothers are always annoying. My brother had asked me while going to my marriage alter. Are u sure ye wahi hai koi aur doubt to nahi hai. It came from a safe and protective space. He is trying to stop her from marrying ridhaan so she doesn't spoil her life. Ab sumo wants to be a fool to not see the aparant then what can we do.

He would not be a part of this sumo ridhaan k shaadi nonsense happily. He is team jeet starting se.

But Haan sumo ki already fragile state ko dhyaan me rakh k he should handle her emotions and wake up calls.
