In all this mess only jeet and krish are really concerned for sumo everyone else uses her for their convenience.

You don't need romantic love to develop a spine. If he truly is Saumya's friend first and admirer second, he should've had a spine.

Chalo sab chhodo, if he was as decent as he portrays himself to be, he should have a spine. I always say his spine is conditional because he shows it when there isn't much at stake, but the moment something is at stake, iski spine kachhue ki tarah khud ke andar chhup jaati hai.

He's a typical 'I'm a good guy' man who relies on performative niceness that amounts to nothing and is worthless when it's necessary.

And coincidentally, Ridhaan is literally just Anoop with a progressive costume.

And I do agree. Yeh Neeta/Geeta khud shayad shaadi rok legi due to the truth coming out. And Ridhaan "yes mummy" kehke chal lega.

I'm not worried about the chemistry delivering. I'm worried about the story and characterizations delivering around the scene that they've been hyping up so much.

I think the episode might be in the same, general vein, but may have some differences??

Ah ok. Coz I was like 1 minute ke promo they showed everything from J finding her at the bus stop to J running away after dropping her 😆 so how are they going to stretch this 1 minute in the epi. 🤣

Fair. I don’t want it to be one off moment either. It should actually steer inka dynamic forward and give them a moment to reflect in where they are at vis-à-vis their feelings!

Krish ka character is just that. No other development. He is the ultimate shipper that we all may have had in our lives at some point in time. Who try to make you believe your crush likes you back and hey do something about it.

That’s it. Usko itna seriously mat lo. He thinks his sister is doing all these rishtas ko Haan out of obligation to papa. Just trying to make her think of her own feeling instead.

Don’t mind but j bhi koi ander se marr toh nai raha tha for S ki injury. If he was, I would have thought they would have come home after getting her the necessary medical assistance. They came back home and then he’s like oh let me get meds for her? Oh please. J it’s time to wake up and rise to the occasion babe. 😆

Well I hope they do show some scene of him being concerned/ caring for her injury at college when it happens lol.

I mean, he isn't supposed to matter all that much anyway. Ab usko cast kiya hai toh kuch toh karwana padega na. So they took the path of least resistance made him a comic relief who basically acts as a Greek chorus and literally relays what's happening.

Yes I agree Krish can take a better stand. But the way Anoop ka character dikhaya hai- he’s a horrible dad. The few times Krish tried to speak up (for example when J initially left the house right before her Mata ki Chowki)- Anoop immediately shut him up.

So it’s a lot to do with the parenting style as well. Mathur house has not given their kids an equal platform where they can voice their opinions/ concerns.

S ka bhi dekh hi rahe ho. Apni Sachai kya Batayi, they are busy finding anyone of the opposite gender who they can marry her off to.
