Most probably Sallu was referring about his songs. BB gave him opportunity to shine as singer. But he lost it when he let the haters of his gang to bitch. Stan ko to ek stage mila tha. Yes the way he spoke about everything means he is watching. Maybe not all episodes but the important bits. Could even be scrolling insta. But he definitely watches.
