You know that epi when Jeet and Ridhaan discuss Hockey for the first time and J asks R about his feelings for S which R denies at that time.
There was this nuance that was added in Jeets questioning- which made it seem that he was probing coz he might be affected if someone else likes S. It wasn't jealousy per say- but definitely didn't feel indifferent. Matlab a hint of an undercurrent of what he feels for S himself.
Ydays episode completely washed off that incident. J ke reactions were so damn frustrating. Ek bhi sign of confusion nai/ Matlab not even an undercurrent/ fleeting feeling. Khush hoke love guru ban gaya.
I think these writers are honestly taking us a for a ride by not building up on what they themselves showed us a few epis ago.
As for S, like you rightfully said/ she seemed pretty affected when she overhears what J said.
Abhi tak uska woh consistent dikhaya hai- she DOES have these breathless moments when it comes to J. be it when she's ogling at him secretly, stalking him online and trying to interact with him by being Munhphat ladki... getting affected by moments like the Hockey stuck in hand scene.
as for her denying anything to Krish and saying papa is right. If they don't show that- how will she proceed with Rs rishta if she herself realizes her feelings.
I'm less bothered about S ke reactions to be honest. They are giving her these moments where we notice how affected she became. Even the birthday dance - they was she sooooo Pyar se Nihaaring him dancing was so sweet.
but I am mad that J is stuck where he is. They haven't shown any feeling from Js side tbh. It does seem purely yaari dosti humanity types abhi.
