Giving birth isn't easy at any age let alone in your forties. The worst part is that a good chunk of these comments about weight come from women who have had children. My neighbours husband cheated on her and the gossip aunties who go for ' morning walks ' immediately rationalised it saying it was probably because she gained a ton of weight after her second delivery.

Its the hair..i mean this would make even anyone look fuller..she needs layers and volume and bounce..that will drastically make her face look smaller..something like her hair in zara zara touch me..flat long dead straight hair is a complete no no here

Also slightly deeper neck..v shaped more so..round necks make you look more..

her hair and dress made it much more than what she is otherwise..it is a bad case of hairdo and styling than anything..

She is not even that fat. its baby weight. she can easily lose it with exercise.

TBH Aishwarya looked way more overweight than this post pregnancy. Kat is not that fat.
