There is a reason they took away Jeet before Saumya recoiled due to the grooms hand touch. If he saw, he would realize how crazy these Mathurs are and he would try to drill some sense into Saumya or even papa Mathur for that matter. He would see right through the sham of putting a bandaid named shaadi over a huge tremor sized hole in Saumyas psyche.

He would have realized ki Saumya toh complete clueless hai shaadi ke baare mein.

I really wonder to what extent will he realize and how Saumya will overcome it.

This weeks episodes were super slow. We are still in the low phase after the high of Roops revelation. Bahut repetitive ho gaya hai sab. Jeeya scenes are still written nicely. But even story is not progressing a lot.

this Janmashtmi track better serve in terms of progression and changes in story. I wonder how Many Exclusive Jeeya scene we will get. Considering the entire mohalla and their neighbors seem to a part of this celebration lol.

Between I doubt the "handshake" is gonna happen lol. Pakka koi Saumya ko bula lega.

Bold: I doubted the show would've gone that route and today's episode just confirmed that. It's like the show's going full steam ahead on the track of never doing any thing that should've been done in a case like this, like getting Roop thrown in jail, or having her parents actually think about what she needs instead of what they think should be done.

Red: Yes! The show's in a repetitive cycle at this point. Every week it's the same version of Saumya needing some help from Jeet --> a sliver of Jeet's past being revealed --> Roop instigating Anoop --> Anoop acting out in the worst way possible --> Saumya being caught in the crossfire --> Saumya needing some help from Jeet.

Really cute Jeet/Saumya scenes but as I mentioned earlier in my response to 'wuthering', so sick of the show just letting Roop do whatever he wants with no response or opposition from the others.

Anyway, knew the Gunda/Mawali mentions will come back.

Gunda/Mawali count = 5

Izzat count = 0? (I think. Shayad bola ho? I don't know. I just stop paying attention the moment Roop enters the scene.)

I'm bored. This has gone into a nonstop loop like cosine said. Call me back when the show moves forward somewhere. Until then I'm done. Jeet and Somu are cute and fun together, but I can't keep watching this show for 2 characters. There's no story left, no properly written non-main characters, no movement, nothing.

Same to same guys. I just can't with the toxicity. I FF most of the epi today coz this is not what I signed up for. I'm done with all the adults in the show being major jack@$$es to Jeet and the poor guy just being selfless in his devotion to help Saumya.

Done with the Gunda Mawali Najayaz nonsense

Done with Saumya being clueless and all about Papas Khushi.

I hate that they made such a light of her no touch phobia and even Jeet normalizing it and using the same stupid tactics her mom and taiji used.

Dafa Karo all these Roop/ Anup/ any Swaroop. I can't stand these dialogues of Izzat, Daag.

Wake me up when Jeet is back to having a one up on all these losers around him.

Today's epi is good except anoop's lecture

Somu ke touch phobia ki seriousness ko kam nahi kiya for romance purpose thanks writers

Somu ke liye koi exception nahi hai Jeet bhi nahi (despite having a tiny crush on him) use sab ko touch karne se dar lagta hai use

First touch ke liye build-up achha kiya hai

Jeet's comments on Somu's dress and to be groom

Aur pretty somu ko dekhkar stumbled bhi hua ladka

And such a gross thing to do. To make a person who has no family- whose house you are literally living in thanklessly I may add- banishing him to not attend a Pooja. What the hell is wrong with the writers in their head. This toxicity, much wow.

And every time Anoop talks about Gunda Mawali, the actual crime syndicate boss is his own flesh and blood. Yuck. Makes my skin crawl.

And ahhahahahhahahahha at me for thinking Saumyas mom will have a birds and bees talk with her.

It was all just about a handshake? Hahahaha HOHOHO Hehehe
