Medication for inducing sleep is last resort n must be taken only if your doctor prescribes it.

Diet and daily routine can definitely affect sleep quality. Heavy meals close to bedtime, too much caffeine, irregular meal timings and excessive screen use may make it harder to sleep comfortably. A consistent sleep schedule, lighter evening meals and a relaxing bedtime routine can be helpful.

Diet and daily routine can definitely affect sleep quality. Eating very heavy meals late at night, having caffeine in the evening and using screens close to bedtime may make it harder to relax. A consistent sleep schedule, balanced meals and a calm bedtime routine can help support better sleep.
