We can't say he will be completely ruined, to an extent yes he will be. Mihir doesn't remember anyone else it is not his fault, though now he has lived in the same place with that woman for 10 years. She will not be ready to give away mihir after taking care of him for 10 years. The woman is evil and will pursue as much as she can. Viewers bolenge ab ki mihir return demand hi kyun kiya.

Karan will next feel the same about Nandini what he feels about Tulsi right now. Parth was his life, it will not be easy to accept. Karan knows parth has done some mistake, yet he thinks he could have corrected him instead of putting an end to his life. Yes, if they show the track properly , karan's feelings for nandini will also become just like tulsi or he might realize that nandini went through exact same pain as vaishnavi, which is why nandini killed parth , because parth was just like ansh . Because karan has always stood by nandini , it's also possible that karan might only find out half the truth and tripti might cause rifts between karan-nandini.

Karan hates Mandira and he was heard saying to someone Mr mihir virani jahan bhi hain theek hain - again it was said to his office staff so I don't know if he was telling the truth. But one thing is sure- if he's with mandira, Karan won't be at ease! Much less say - theek hain..

But yeah I too feel we will regret asking for Mihir's return- sadists makers will ensure that..

Karan would have appointed trustworthy people to take care of mihir, the guy he talks to on the phone to enquire about mihir. So Karan still hates her no doubt and would not have let her take advantage. I am talking about mandira's intentions and she is a doctor too. So she will be somewhere near to him.

He was loved because his character dynamics were ranging from angry, unloved, broken, egoistic loner to sensitive son, who feels he was not loved, but he united his parents, he made his father live a guilt free life, he loved his parents but always shows anger and disrespect in his talks. He naturally looks like a self centered but when you observe closely he started thinking of the family, even recently he said Samaira is his daughter too.

Viewers still love him the most from the response I am seeing on x, insta, youtube, reddit etc. So he's getting the most benefit. Of course, Mihir is the most missed and loved but he's not in the show currently. So Gautam has been loved from the current shown characters as even Tulsi is getting some dislike but not Gautam. So I think he's being shown fine. He's been shown as good husband, good son and good father

Ofcourse, he is a changed man owns responsibility towards his family. Why I am saying his character was not getting importance now is because he is given very few dialogues, Karan controls, interferes and takes decisions related to Mihir, and Gautam has no say in it. Karan humiliates Tulsi and Gautam just says don't humiliate my mother, because meri maa galat ka saath kabhi nhi deti, tu khud find out kar apne bete ki, ussne kya aisa kiya tha jo meri maa ko usspe goli chalani padi.i"m expecting him to fight properly with Karan, just the way he fought with Noina for his father. Classic dialogues, very few with strong message.

Possibly he could have hired trustworthy people to hide Mihir in a secret place. But why Gautam is not much affected by this? He loves his mother unlike Karan, but no decisions were taken by him, he didn't even cared things are around Mihir, His ego didn't get hurt while Karan was left right accusing and shouting at Tulsi for asking about Mihir.
