That what I thought at first but Cadbury dairy milk was the only chocolate/candy which used to cost 10 Rs back in the 90s

All others were starting from 25 paisa and up...

Mango bite / Pan pasand you could get 2-4 for 1 rs..

Poppins was 1 rs.

Polo mints were 2-5rs

Cadbury Perk was 5rs

Gems 5 rs

Kismi bar was 1rs or 1.5 rs

Melody was 2 for 1 rs.

Boomer or big babool used to be 1 rs

ohh my those were the times...10 rs used to be luxury..as you could get a 10ct pencil box for 10Rs at that time..

10 rs amount immediately took me there... Cz you dont get 10 rs that often to buy a candy its rather 50ps, 1rs, 2 rs or 5 rs was max..

I remember asking my grandpa for 5 rs to buy a fancy nataraj sharpener n he got so mad with me.. he was like you can get sharpener for 1 rs what is there a difference between a 1 rs and a 5rs sharpener??
