Sarcasm aside, the protesters across the border definitely are in another position than the ones in India when it comes to killing... however - relative to the part I put in bold - I suppose you know "the way" the government/Modi "did away with" the minister of education... would be interesting to read your take about this very special "way"...

As for Pakistan... well... apart from Pakistan being ruled by its Army and harbouring/supporting Islamic terrorism, India and Pakistan share striking similarities regarding citizens' rights... not me, but the Swedish V-Dem Institute, e.g., categorizes both India and Pakistan as "electoral autocracies" which means that despite elections democratic rights and liberties are deeply compromised. But okay, it's about India here...and there is much more hope for the constitution to get respected also by the people in power and the systems...

What is the population of sweden and why should what some small time Swedish institute categorize matter to 140cr Indians??

Anyways, the paper leak issue is over and I am not sure why anyone especially non indians are still hung up on it ?

What does it matter what my take on it is as long as you have Swedish people telling you what you should feel about...go with their narratives..who am I to question you or them?

You feel india pakistan on same level...then you should absolutely continue believe what you are fed by them Europeans because ofcorse kndia is a thirld world country for them so they must be always right.

I am sure such opinion comes from a good place and not because they think indians are beneath them. They only have good intentions at heart and would want lowly indians to rise in their eyes so they keep studying and preaching us what we actually are and what we need to do to in order for them to consider us as an equals.

I am glad you out of your love for india told me what you and Swedish people feel about us indians...thank you for the heads up..now we know how harder we need to try to not be compared to a country like Pakistan.

Whenever we need a reality check about india as a country I am sure you will be the first one to go to.. a little sad though to know that we are no better than Pakistan.

Hope to work towards live upto your expectations as a democracy...continue giving us your valuable feedback...smiley27

smiley36 you tried it again smiley36 nevertheless, however you spin what I wrote, your sarcasm lacks information smiley36

1 - "some small time Swedish institute" ...well, ask Google "how important is the Swedish V-Dem Institute?"

2 - "paper leak issue is over"... if you think so... still, there are enough other issues (going through the news thread in Current Affairs will you amply inform smiley2)

3 - "Swedish people telling you what you should feel about" ... I'm mature enough to decide myself what I feel about the infos I get... and I feel sad about the way international people look at a country where so much is to love but where so much gets done in a way that shows utter disrespect for the common people from the side of the powerful ones... India definitely deserves leaders with far more moral integrity as most of them have - from the smallest constituency to the whole country as such.

4 - "You feel india pakistan on same level" ... no, absolutely not... not me at least (selective reading may have given you that false information)

5 - " they ... would want lowly indians to rise in their eyes ... what we need to do to in order for them to consider us as an equals." ... to answer politely: you put the saddle on the wrong horse... I am not "they"... humans as such aren't "lowly" to me, but their behaviour and wording can be "low" - and t h a t are things a human can change, indeed.

6 - If someone living in India doesn't like that - internationally - comparisons are done between India and Pakistan, then this person should do everything possible to respect her-/himself the Indian constitution and the human rights and act accordingly... otherwise this person would contribute to the democracy in India going downhill furthermore.

And latter is valuable for every country which gives itself the label of "democracy".
