Alia was absolutely terrible here ….wtf was that scene with Hrithik where she saves him from a pointy javelin thing? And then gives him a smirk like “daddy look am I not cool”

…and that scene also shows that aloo has next to nothing screen presence (same with sharvari) when standing next to a giant like Hrithik ….its not abt being petite or short….rani manages to hold their own without getting overshadowed by anyone ….

That one scene summarizes her “attempt” at an action role here ….zero self awareness….just blindly doing things for coolith (which an actual cool person wouldn’t do btw) instead of building engaging characters or stories

It will do around 14 cr today which is in line with normal weekend trend, then it is to see what happens from Monday onwards. If it crashes badly and does not recover next weekend, as happened with Cocktail 2, then it is game over. Dhamaal 4 is releasing next Friday and Welcome to the Jungle is actually competing neck to neck with Alpha today despite less than half the screens that Alpha has.
