This Gen was such a yawn fest. First Gen in which PL was better than FL and FL looked like heroine ki behen. Plus her character was also bad. O looked at Kiara but in their Gen at least faishon sense was good and Goenkas weren’t as regressive. Also Naira had more spine than Abhira. Also unpopular opinion but Akshu wasn’t wrong in leaving Abhi. Girl had miscarriage and instead the family of doctors chose to kick her out and abuse her and divorce her. Also they couldn’t diagnose one kid was alive. What a shameless family. However she didn’t chose to raise her kid alone like her mom and depended on a useless ugliest possible taxi driver. She wouldn’t have been pennyless as she was Goenkas granddaughter and she must have had some money of her own. BTW she could have easily won the case if she remained single and didn’t indulge in paternity fraud. Goenkas are clearly richer than Birlas and Poddars. However going back to toxic Manyu and asking him to be father ji of Abhira just after Abhinav died was when she proved she was just as bad as her dad. That is when I lost respect for her. As for Abhira, I was already disinterested in her since day 1. I may be petty but yaar even OG Gopi Bahu, Ishima, Pragya before wedding and glamorous leap looked way prettier and modern than her and Ishima always felt like heroine ki best friend type character and same with Gopi Bahu. Pragya was at least charismatic when she was supposed to be ugly. I thought it was skin color but nope as I did like many dark skinned actresses like Suhani si thi ek ladki actress. Also I liked OG Imilie as well. It wasn’t about appearance, it was about vibe. At least in Gen 2 and 3 FL was more charismatic and stronger actress than PL. Switch Samridhi and Garvita’s wardrobe and characters and people would find Abhira cute again and quite sassy and pretty too. Garvita was obviously better than her and more fun than her. She didn’t overdo anything. When she was negative she was quite hated but when she finally got over Armaan people started to like her a lot till the day she again had rebound feelings for Armaan which they destroyed and she converted all haters to fans. Plus I liked her arc went from sautan to sister and not the other way round. I really miss her. She made once gharelu Ruhi a baddie and true lead material. Plus character backstory was also rich and interesting as everyone she loves dies. Yesterday when both leads nearly died, I actually felt happy and content but them they survived. That was the saddest part. Today Abhira scared me. Keeping a make nurse isn’t wrong. U aren’t supposed to care for ur husband 24/7 and not to mention your abusive bipolar husband and she was once supposed to be next Sai Joshi. Cut the crap. She looks like a psycho lover to me now. VV is a holy nightmare but she was right when she said Abhira was as bad as Mehar. She is giving Patralekha2.O. Also another unpopular opinion but Ash was a better actor(not person) than Ayesha as she really made Patralekha the truly evil hateable monster she is. I have never been so disinterested in main leads before until this show’s Gen 4. It isn’t even worth the hate watch like Upmaa is except when VV is in her true element. She is the perfect ragebait, way better than Armaan and Dadisa. But as of now she has been whitewashed as well. Pathetic. Also waiting for Disha meethi churi to enter in her VV roop. Want her to spit poison too. Actress seems like she would be great in that department. As of Armaan never hitting a woman, hasn’t he manhandled his so called wife and Amar Prem physically more than once. Then they all pretend like he is the best person ever and an expert at everything and a green flag. Chuck him in the shredder. He is supposed to be the best lawyer best dad best husband best friend and best at everything just like Anupamaa sab sab kar Sakti hai but dialed up to insane levels. Same was done with Manyu who was supposed to be best son best doctor best pati most strongest man ever the man who protects all women best dad and best bhakt. It’s really bad when nobody gives a damn about leads now.
