Secondly karan clearly told nandini that rio and niyati r his responsibility to him. He raised rio so there was an attachment , but he never said he loves rio the same way he loves parth and samaira . How was he a bad father from any angle ? Karan loved both bhoomi and manthan but the emotions and love for bhoomi were more than manthan because she was a sign of nandini . And karan loved nandini more than himself .

In this season karan was attached to rio but he never showed in any scene that he loves rio and parth the same. And if rio was so sincere about karan then would never have said to nandini shadi ki thi toh nibha leni chayie thi , and my dad was right , you had an affair with karan dad .

Karan said it for parth , he never said it for himself to tulsi , and even that because tulsi herself says that i don't make a difference between karan and my children .

I have already mentioned above that karan was emotionally attached to bhoomi because since nandini went to jail and then left karan for the sake of tanya , he only had bhoomi as a sign of nandini . So in this way , bhoomi was his reason for living and the love for bhoomi was more than manthan but this doesn't mean that he was partial against manthan.

Don't forget that nandini wants to abort bhoomi at the risk of her life then karan comes to know and he stops the abortion and tells nandini that he will accept nandini's child and give his name and love to her because she is a part of nandini then nandini kept bhoomi . A woman fall in loves in love with the baby she carries for 9 months .

Nandini is karan's wife , his karan dad's wife so rio should respected her too if rio really cared about karan that much .

I still cannot understand why Hemant/Gautam decide to obey Karan and not to bail Tulsi out from the jail. Angad, Hritik ad Paridhi too could have bailed Tulsi out from the jail though Angad and Paridhi are unaware of Parth's death. Tulsi told the police that she shot Parth to save Vaishnavi. Then how come such long sentence of prison? Why are they taking ten years leap in first place? Even Raunak and Samaira (supposed to be new gen leads) will be 30, after ten years.
