I understand there's some enmity between DC and Tandons but I'm unable to decipher what it is about. If DC is Sunil's first wife's son then why is his surname Chawla? Or was his mom having an affair with Sunil and maybe that's why Dimple keeps on saying she hates characterless women? Or is there something else? Sunil mentioned after the engagement fiasco that it has to do with Vishwas. So, is Vishwas their illegitimate son and Dhruv their son?

While it has something to do with old relationships there is some property feud involved, I think Sunil might have betrayed Dhruv family both personally and professionally. He might have been with Dhruv mom just for money or property, gotten her pregnant and left her

I think DC’s mom was somehow involved with Dr. Sunil Tandon, and DC is Sunil's son. This feud also seems to be about money. The Tandons started NeoPulse Hospital with someone else's support and money, and it may have been Kunika's husband/DC's grandfather. And here’s why I think that and more of my thoughts:

1. Dimple looked guilty. When Aarambhi rushed to her, trying to stop Raj's wedding, and mentioned an extramarital affair, Dimple looked terrified and as if she were hiding something. She originally said nothing like that would ever occur in their family, but she could have been lying, or it could have been a cover-up because of her past.

2. The Picture & Harry: When that old photograph came up, no one in the family recognized the person except for Harry. Harry definitely knows the truth, but he’s keeping his mouth shut for now.

3. Sunil and Dimple keep stressing over who could possibly know their secret. This tells me that whoever was originally involved is either dead, quietly eliminated (given ITV drama, it’s highly possible!), or has been forced to move far away. DC has not made it clear, but we can assume that his mother is dead.

4. The Name Change: DC and Kunika Dadi likely legally changed their names after they relocated to completely disappear from Sunil until the time was right for revenge.

It can be both property and old relationships. Tandons are hiding some secret which if comes out in open everything will be lost. Sunil must have betrayed Dhruv's mom and maybe Dimple knew about it. But, then why are they saying it has got to do with Vishwas? Sunil and Dimple give more importance to Vishwas than Raj.

I heard Dr. Sunil say something about papers, but I don't know how Vishwas is involved.

Kunika keeps telling DC to be careful because the Tandons are dangerous people, so I hope DC does not get hurt. It sounds like Tandons will do anything to keep their secrets hidden.
