Yeah. It's very serious. But the makers don't really seem to care about these things. After some weeks, they will bring a twist and then repeat the same thing.

Yeah, i haven't noticed this point .

As far as nandini staying quiet , when tulsi took nandini to the police station with her and confessed saying my grandson misbehave with my bahu & tried to kill her , i saw everything happened in front of me which is why i killed parth , nandini tries to interupt , but tulsi stopped her .

As for why vaishnavi is staying silent , they will probably disclose that in upcoming episodes.
