In my personal opinion, we should not expose Vaibhav to the world yet. He can be in the squad and practice on different pitches and understand the nuances of dealing with senior teams. He still needs to be groomed. We still need to protect him. He is just a kid. Give him one match here and one match there, before exposing him to major teams and regular matches.
Pitches in Ireland, England, Australia, New Zealand are different from Indian subcontinent pitches. If we lost a match there, that is fine. We will learn. Haven't we lost matches to underdogs before? Hasn't Ireland defeated England, Pakistan, West Indies and Bangladesh before?
Team will regroup, learn and will play better in the next match or series. Let us given them some time.
Cheers..

Isn't nice?
