In a previous ekta show Bandini they showed FL was in jail came out after 10 years leap she had taken blame for a murder actually committed by her step daughter

When she came out she was not allowed to enter the house by the other step kids etc n the husband was in the house as a powerless person n she was told he was dead but a faithful maid revealed secretly that he was actually alive she then entered in a ghungat as a maid n so on

Writers could not figure out what will be the master plan of Rio because him making Viranis throwing out of SN or sabotaging their business will become repetitive. So they thought to put all the evilness in parth and twist the tale

They didn't have the budget for all the equipments required for the flying scene so wrapped it up cheaply
