No. Parth wouldn’t have raped her or if he had, he would have made sure to burn her body badly so that his semen is not the only one found on her. Even if she’s found badly assaulted as a body, wherein one look at her and you already know what happened to her, forensics would easily prove Rio was innocent of ever assaulting her.

So killing Vaishnavi can be pinned on him especially after the whole drama where the groom was replaced at the last minute but assault charges wouldn’t hold once forensics were brought in.

Yes true. He had made a very detailed and full proof plan, only thing he got overconfident after marrying Vaishnavi and exposed himself.

Even if Vaishnavi had seen him in the club, he could have made some excuse like he got to know that Rio is selling the plot, so he went there/acted to be partnering with him to stop him. I mean he had seen her having caught him. He could have secretly video recorded Rio and himself post that. Vaishnavi truly and deeply loved him and would have blindly trusted him (just like Nandani did)

At least he should have hidden it from Tulsi, especially when he knows Tulsi would never let anything wrong happen. But I guess he over depended on his parents blind trust on him and the budding anger between them and Tulsi

Had Tulsi not known and followed them for Khandala. Had Vaishnavi gone there willingly, he would have gotten everything in a go

I really want to know what plan was Rio making. How did he think he would avenge his dad...

Throughout his stint, he actually didn't do anything wrong except doing that act with Khushbu, but even that didn't result in some real loss.
