A win over the giants and back-to-back World Cup winners, that too with so many injuries in their camp. If Shreyas Iyer was hoping to ease into his captaincy stint, that hope is well and truly gone. Ireland are here to play, and they're here to win. Onus now on the world champs to turn up on Sunday to salvage the series.

Tbh the day they declared Iyer as a t20 captain I lost my all attachments with this t20 team . If Pakistan also beat them in future I don't feel bad

I am OK with Iyer as captain because BCCI deprived him for his well-deserved captainship from his performance as captain in last 3-4 IPL seasons. Then when he lost 6-7 IPL matches in a row, they decided to hand over captainship to him.

My concern is his ego or over confidence, over calmness and not accepting to correct areas on field -that attitude and humbleness is missing - that is not good sign for future.
