most of flop films released from 15 - 30 years ago, can actually Be Hits or even Super Hits for currents success measurements.

we need give more respect for old films.

Budget - 150 cr

India Net Gross (at best it can collect 65cr in week one)

Verdict: Success

why? because other source like Ott sales, music, and others.

It was so clear and simple earlier..

cocktail 1 had a budget of 30cr but it made 75cr india net..a bonafide hit

now everything is so twisted..but domestic net ke hisaab se..almost all movies would be outright flop

BOI has even stopped updating lists with verdicts post covid..everything is blurred now

They seem to change verdicts every 20 years - before it was stuff like silver jubilee golden jubilee - then some A+ B- verdicts - then it was the 100 200 300 crores nonsense - now its the worldwide - i dont follow it much anymore, just watch the movies and try to enjoy them!
