Mom likes Akshay since 90s days and also Sunil Shetty & Raveena. She wants to watch the film in theatre. So will be tagging with her though i am not fond of Akshay films. Since she tagged along with me for Cocktail 2 she wants me to tag along with her for Welcome To The Jungle.

Uncha Lambha Kad its going to be OG for me,Akshay-Katrina can never be replaced. But nice try with the remake. If OG belongs to Katrina than remake belongs to Akshay. Its still nice in audio but video when i watch Katrina comes into my mind.

1st time not seeing this guy with his wide smile thumbnail..in fact he looks damn scary

After seeing this movie i happen to like Cocktail1🤣 which i never liked in the first place. But i like it now because all characters were unapologetically themselves there. Veronica is bold and unbashed, Gautam is flawed but has his heart in the right place and Meera is vanilla but by choice. But here everyone is shallow and trying hard to show themselves as mahaan. Diya loves Kunal but doesn’t try to understand that why he feels hesitant to commit. Kunal loves her but never communicates that he misses a friend and partner in crime in his gf. Their communication is so weak that just a random girl is able to crack their relationship not with her physical beauty but only because she shows some vulnerability and raw emotion.

If Diya and kunal arent enough, there is Ally. Who is embarrassingly pursuing a situationship with her friend’s bf who rejected her physically 😭Honestly Cocktail1 was so much better!!!

actually as I said in my review, this one feels like a vacation in the first part. Cocktail I loved because of deepika and I love deepika Saif chemistry, but first one didn't feel like a vacation because of the dark London shots, and the undercurrent of abusive Diana relationship she may have had.......

Cocktail 1 is based on complex relationships & feelings. In Cocktail 1 it was dark because tbe character depth were dark in terms of their baggage they carried. Veronica was loner, depressed & alcholic and she drowns her sorrow by partying while Meera was suffering from a abusive marriage. Characterisation was dark & sync more with the darkness of complex relationships thus the darkness. I liked Saif-Deepika chemistry too. I still don't understand how Gautam fall in love with Meera in few days,there was no connection.

Cocktail 2 carries no such baggage. It was breezy,comfortable & so much ease thus its so colourful. The conflict is within the characters themselves emotionally. Diya's insecurities, Kunal's commitment issue and Ally's ego stubborness & manipulative traits. It was conflict with their inner demons.

Now that the film has released why are they not releasing the full album of Cocktail 2. 😡. There are quite lots of unreleased songs in the film like Milte Nahin Hum Agar,Tujhko Sad Female Version and Bulleya along Tujhe Hamesha Chaenge
