What is this news of rishita replacing every other show. First yeh rishta now another one (don’t remember the name of the show) saw the post of FL saying she’s not being replaced. Someone wrote this is rishita’s bf doing. Why give tension to other fandoms anyways we are suffering. I just hope rishita stays back and continue the show. If new actors are coming let them play new characters.

Absolutely! I don't regularly or religiously watch any ITV shows because they all go the same route after some time. My last ITV show was almost 15 years ago, Madhubala and Iss Pyar. I was very active in fandom (chats, fanfics, edits, the works) for Madhubala and we managed to get the male lead back on the show after the leap when he left but in the end the story wasn't the same and fans were screwed.

I found clips of Seher on IG by algorithm I guess but was immediately pulled in. I binged the show and became active in the fandom similar to Madhubala. So it stings to say the least when fans give so much love to a show and cast but get tossed aside like we don't matter.

I don't think we will ever know the fully truth of what happened but if they were getting close; from what I've seen of their interviews it was friendly like a buddy coworker. He was teaching her chess; etc. If her BF had a problem with that and she doesn't see it; she is in a very controlling relationship. He is toxic and she needs to run; feels like he wants to manage what she does and doesn't do. Doesn't sound healthy to me.

Until you said X, I wouldn't have thought to check there; haven't been on there in a long time. Honestly I wish ITV was more professional; I live abroad and usually if something like this happened the network or the leads management would put out an official statement; for ITV its all social media warfare.

I actually met one of my dear friends on MeD Madhubala forum back in the day. Madhubala was great when it was great then it wasn't. My friend and I rallied folks her on IF and started a campaign to bring male lead back and save the show when it was about to off aired. It worked too got the male lead back and show got the extension. The campaign was on twitter as it known back then. lol

Life was a little simpler 15 years ago at least with fewer social media. You sound a bit younger so I'm guessing school days which compared to adulting I will take back any day.

We also started rumors to prove media will pick up anything if enough people talk about it and they did. LOL

I wish I had the time and energy to do that for this show but also social media is very different now.

A lot of the ITV starts have their youtube channels or vlogs. Being private is fine and if it's your day off may be you don't want to go to a party or have other commitments.

The bots drama was real but then everything was rumor mill blowing it out of proportion which just made the next thing worst which blew up and it just got bigger and bigger.

WHAT? I missed that.

At this point I feel like we are being punked. So many names of her replacement and her doing other shows yet no official words from anywhere.

If she leave and with the way the storyline has devolved this week alone; show will end by July.

June 3rd Episode

The opening scene was really powerful. The fight for women's rights even in 2026. This is true for so many women all over world whether because of race, religion, color of their skin.

i loved the scene but the tone just felt off, not sure if it's because I'm melancholy about not seeing our OG MaHer post leap or the story.

Seher and Kausar's moments along the road reminded me of their early days on the show.

Why is the entire community on this show bad? I get in large group setting a handful of people would be bad but here everyone except 12 year old boy. So proud of Asad for trying to stop his mother and then telling Mahid everything.

The car scene reminded me of their mehndi night car ride. Same same but so different. Back then it was dark and they were moving toward daylight and today it's daylight and they are moving towards darkness.

Mahid asking Seher with his eyes it she was okay then the excuse of water so he can physical comfort her even if was with hands.

It's these little scenes that made MaHer so lovable. It was these little scenes that I watched on IG that made me watch the show.

I also wish they had switched some of the tracks like done this before the Gazala track. I had been hoping since their marriage to see Kausar, Seher and Mahid as trio. We are getting that but it's all too little too late.

The promo and the precap are equally depressing. Friday might be the last time we see MaHer together. I wish everyone had done better. 😢

I just watch clips on yt. I don't watch the whole episodes. My mood is off since they confirmed Rishita's exit.

I was against the leap. I know when ppl grow up they loose charm and innocent. Also leap means separation of leads, which is painful.

Maybe the start of the new track post leap will show Seher is still happy but determined to avenge Mahid and his family for her mother's death. I know curiosity killed the cat.. but I am ready to take this risk.

However it's also true Rishu got this show cause of her BF. She won't have even got into acting I think if it wasn't for him.

A lot of celebs now use bots even in Hollywood, you will see some ITV actors their shows are not as popular but they have insane no.of followers though some include my favs they are heavy PR. Recently IG had a clean up where they removed inactive and bots account. A lot of celebs lost followers cause of that. Even Parth’s followers dropped by 100k. Surprisingly Rishu’s didn't drop as much considering how PR heavy she and her BF is. I wish they did this clean-up before the 100 episode celebration

you watched Madhubala? I know about this show cause I discovered colors around 2014 but it was already post leap so I didn't watch it much. My mom used to watch it as she likes the FL a lot and she watches her other shows too.

I watched Beintehaa that time and was addicted to it. I watched till the last episode. It was the other Muslim show I watched before Seher. When Mahid declared 2nd divorce in precap, it reminded me of Beintehaa, but here Mahid has a valid reason, in Beintehaa ML did it out of anger. But the way they show the recent promo maybe the 3rd Talaaq will happen I didn't want the 3rd Talaaq to happen cause that will mean by Muslim law, Seher will have to remarry and divorce someone else before she can remarry Mahid. Mahid doesn't have to give 3rd Talaaq, they can just get divorced once the 3 months period is over.

In the OG, 3rd Talaaq didn't happen so I was hopeful the same will happen here but perhaps it won't Also the offscreen drama was even worse in that Beintehaa show than Seher, but SM wasn't as much popular so it didn't seem as chaotic 💀

The scene where Seher and Mahid were standing on the lamp post in opposite sides, it was beautiful and pleasing, nice dialogues but considering Mahid is a future Mufti and Seher is also decently religious (considering the initial episodes) they could have shown her covering her head at least.

And the promo where Seher accuses Mahid of Kausar’s death and also promo reveals DH is killed, Parth’s acting was damn good I felt so sorry for Mahid 😭, Bhai Apna attitude Thik Kar le Bohot aage jaoge!
