Regardless they need hire and plan for another lead actress and potentially reschedule things if that’s true and wait for Kiara to be ready if it’s not true …

Either way can result in delays…

So could be very possible farhan was ready to go and had to delay….and wasn’t just stalling ranveer for his sadistic pleasure….around that time was when ranveer was getting kicked out of the prashant varma movie aswell for unreasonable demands so it’s likely he made similar demands and tried to re negotiate and it in turned sour…

Farhan was rumoured to be looking to cast other leads prior to Dhurandhar so things could have potentially already soured between him and ranveer way before Dhurandhar even released and he wanted to finalize someone else prior to announcing ranveers exit from the film…

and potentially Dhurandhars success or ranveers low phase prior has nothing to do with this soured relationship….

Ranveers fan base likes to spin the story as “farhan stalled don3 and dumped ranveer in his low phase and was looking for other leads prior to Dhurandhar but now that Dhurandhar is a success he wants him back but ranveer refused so farhans pissed”

Why would farhan even hire him in his low phase if he wanted to dump him in said low phase …?

seemingly farhan didn’t dump him in his low and want him back when ranveer had a hit ….

Farhan dumped him when ranveer potentially tried to renegotiate the terms ….tried to look for another lead to start the film on time and minimise losses ….couldn’t …so now he’s pissed he’s lost money coz of ranveer not honouring original terms of contract…

Exactly man. And also Salman was the main producer of Inshallah as well. He parted ways with Bhansali due to creative differences between them and that’s all there’s to it. So both Salman and SLB moved on peacefully without making things ugly. End of!

Nobody is targetting little Baba either. This is a recent phenomena in Bollywood where everything is becoming more organized and contractual. Producers are not taking Starry tantrums lying down, especially financial losses.

Paresh Rawal recently wanted to walk out of Hera Pheri 3 and offered to return the signing amount plus 15% interest. The film was only in the scripting stage but Akshay threatened to sue him for Crores that he paid in acquiring the rights of the franchise. He was forced to return to the film.

You sign a contract, honor it or pay penalties. This is part of all forms of life, not just Bollywood.

Well I was just going by the rumoured timeline of farhan attempting to replace ranveer in don 3 prior to Dhurandhar ….which it was indeed true then this showing wouldn’t have happened

So if that rumour is not true …it’s likely ranveer attempted to re negotiate post dhurandhars success and farhan wasn’t receptive to changing the original terms of contract …

either way, the whole theory of farhan being jealous of ranveers success or him dumping ranveer when he had no hits and wanting him back post dhurandhars and being scorned , seems highly implausible …as much as ranveers fanbase want us to think that….just does not add up

The announcement that she left Don3 was made when she was well into her second trimester. Odds are very high she told Farhan and Excel about it as soon as she found out she was pregnant which would have been late 24. Rumors however were that she walked out of D3 long before even becoming pregnant. Like sometime in the middle of 2024. This movie was supposed to go into production before she even started War2 which was summer of 24.

Don3 was announced 3 years ago in 2023. It is rather suspicious that it became to the forefront of Farhan and Excel’s production plans after Dhurandhar’s massive success. And yea, given that people walk out of movies or get dropped from movies all the time it seems rather extreme that Farhan is taking this approach with it.

And also have you noticed that both Deepika and Ranveer simply just cannot maintain healthy professional relationships with anyone in the industry? Both of them have a history of getting kicked out of films because of their huge matching egos, unreasonable demands and throwing wild tantrums. No wonder both of them have earned the reputation of being very difficult to work with and rightfully so!
