Harsh is Kesar’s son born as a result of her rape. He didn’t rape her, his father Raj Bhasin did. Kesar is Tulsi’s cousin and Raj was their friend. He was infatuated with Kesar but she fell in love with Anupam and married him. Their marriage hits a roadblock of sorts because just a couple of months after their marriage, Anupam has to go abroad, I think USA to set up his factory there. He says that he will need to stay there for a year to oversee the entire process. Kesar is bummed that he’s leaving her for a whole year months after their marriage. She gets mad and goes to Haridwar, her hometown. Raj is jubilant and he uses the opportunity to plant divorce papers that he sends to Anupam who thinks Kesar wants to leave him while he makes Kesar think Anupam has sent the divorce papers to her. He thinks that this will do the job. However, ultimately the confusion is cleared up and Kesar happily comes to inform the man who has been her friend since her childhood that her marriage isn’t ending and she’s rather annoyed and determined to know who would play such a dirty joke on her and Anupam by sending them divorce papers.

She thinks Raj will help her discover whoever was responsible for the whole thing only to discover it was Raj all along himself. Angrily Raj tells her he’s been in love with her since they were children but she never deemed him as a love interest but would come running to him instantly whenever she needed a friend. He tells her that she can’t expect him to be there for her without him getting his hopes high and expecting her to be romantically involved with him. He rapes her to punish her for rejecting to even think of him as a romantic partner and worse, marrying someone she met much later. He tells her that she was interested in Anupam only because he was rich even though Raj has been in her life for much longer and therefore should have had first claim on her.

Harsh was born from that assault.

He even knows that Ansh had another wife and son from her who apparently died in a car accident per the canon of this season. Eklavya is also canonically per this season younger than Rio. So technically Niyati was his first girlfriend, then he married Shraddha, later on he married Nandini. We might have a fourth pop up and fit somewhere too.

So he knows Ansh has not only used and dumped his mom after knocking her up, but he married another woman and fathered a son on her as well before he married Nandini. But apparently Nandini is wrong here and his dead dad is alright regardless of what he did to not just 1 but 3 women. He thinks Ansh loved Nandini…. because his stellar record with women so far tells us he was a man capable of being in love

no Abir was introduced as the son of Raj Bhasin, the biological father of Harsh. That was the reason Tulsi was against Bhoomi 's marriage to him. Later Raj Bhasin character ended and Abir became a ghar Jamai

No Harsh didn't r*pe Kesar, he was Kesar's son. Kesar was r**ed by Raj Bhasin who was her childhood friend and one sided lover. Kesar got pregnant due to it. At the same time Tulsi was also pregnant with Ansh.

Kesar feared that Anupam won't accept her so she hid this from everyone but Tulsi

Tulsi then takes Kesar to Haridwar stating that she wants her child born there (to cover up for Kesar 's pregnancy).Both of them go into labour at the same time and get unconscious. no Tulsi was unconscious, she knew nothing, Kesar thought Tulsi wouldn't be able to accept that her newborn has been kidnapped, so gave her son to Tulsi and told her that her (Kesar's) child was stillborn.

Tulsi didn't know Harsh isn't hers till Harsh was all grown up and Raj Bhasin came claiming Harsh is his son

No, Saahil and Tripti never adopted him but raised him. He was the son of Saahil’s business partner who passed away with his wife in an accident and asked Saahil to look after his son as a friend in his last moments. Saahil honoured their friendship and promised him to raise Joydeep, but never legally adopted him.

No. Tulsi has no idea her son has been kidnapped and swapped with her nephew.

Kesar doesn’t want anyone to know what happened to her but she confided in Tulsi as she was pregnant. At first Tulsi was happy to think that the two sisters would be having kids around the same time but she’s shocked to know that Kesar is devastated by her pregnancy and later learns that Kesar got pregnant owing to her rape, so that child is not Anupam’s but Raj’s. The sisters leave for Haridwar to deliver Tulsi’s child months in advance before either of them starts showing. No one but Tulsi knows that Kesar is pregnant too and is the real reason why they’re leaving Mumbai.

There they get Raj arrested after filing a case against him. They end up having labour pains almost at the same time and end up having sons on the same day. Kesar has a normal delivery but Tulsi has a Caesarean. So Kesar is awake even after delivery but Tulsi was obviously given anaesthesia to put her to sleep to do the procedure.

While Tulsi is still sleeping, Raj comes to the hospital somehow and ends up kidnapping the baby Kesar was holding, unaware that Kesar had merely picked up her nephew to admire him as he was a bit jittery while her son was sleeping. Raj assumes that Kesar was carrying their son and snatched the baby from her hands. She tries to run after him but she’s just had a child a few hours ago and isn’t in any condition to chase after him after a point as her body is still very much exhausted. She doesn’t have the heart to tell Tulsi what happened so she picked up her son and placed him in the crib where Tulsi’s son was supposed to be sleeping. She lies about having a stillborn. Only when Tulsi is accused of infidelity and cheating does Kesar tell the truth to everyone about what happened including Tulsi.

Tulsi doesn’t know what happened until decades later. Kesar tells her she tried to get her child back before but she couldn’t trace Raj no matter what she did for decades.
