Coaches are what ? Dictators ? Autocrats? Pathetic. I think coaches should be more broad minded, willing to consider everyone’s opinions/ perspectives. Ik my idea sounds idealistic but I truly feel for a team like CSK, coaches need to be more flexible.

Sometimes I think MS might be one hell of a coach — because he truly has the best interests of the team ; plus he’s not someone who controls people (at least I don’t think he does)
