How did Aishwarya let L’Oréal bring Alia as Global Brand Ambassador?

Aishwarya Rai did toxic lobbying at L’Oréal to destroy Sonam Kapoor’s career with the brand and successfully ruined Sonam’s Cannes red carpet debut.

When Katrina and Deepika were brought in as L’Oréal ambassadors, she ran negative PR campaigns against them that they are only Indian ambassadors while she stayed the sole Global Ambassador.

She ferociously worked to stop L’Oréal from signing any other Indian actress.

So how did L’Oréal still manage to make Alia Bhatt their Global Brand Ambassador? Since she couldn’t stop it, she’s now running ugly PR campaign against Alia, especially after L’Oréal ignored her and featured Alia on their Cannes 2026 poster.

The bigger question remains: how did Aishwarya Rai let L’Oréal add Alia to their Dream Team of Brand Ambassadors?

Aish has always welcomed other actresses from the sub-continent to be a part of Loreal family. She has no reasons to be insecure. Sonam was 2 disasters old in 2009 and trust me Aish would be the last person to have been threatened with someone like Sonam to join and represent Loreal internationally..it was her own motor mouth and calling Aish aunty which led to bad press and of course Aish does not like her and so do many people you cannot blame her for that..she also dislikes Alia but she seems to be fond of Deepika. Lets not portray her as someone she is not..this is what mahira khan said about Aish when she joined Loreal as another addition of a south asian to represent it at Cannes and internationally

That’s ridiculous. Katrina herself ended her contract with L’Oréal because she was starting her own make up brand, and has been very successful. Deepika probably did it for the same reason. Contracts, specially with giant companies like L’Oréal are incredibly binding. Aishwarya would have never and will never be able to say “I won’t come if so and so comes”. She will get her gorgeous little behind sued 😆.

I remember when Sonam’s Cannes appearance was cancelled. Her fans were having a meltdown and blaming everyone else. But more than likely one of two things happened; she either was never gonna be there that year and just assumed she would go because she had just signed the contract with them, or she had done something to piss off L’Oréal’s marketing team and they had to reevaluate things. More than likely it was the first one.

If there was any bad faith PR moves it was Sonam’s who decided to hide her embarrassment by blaming Aishwarya Rai and accusing Ash of sabotaging her. Girl, go away. Oh wait, you did 😆.

She is a nasty woman…period!

No wonder her in-laws hate her guts and act like she doesn’t exist. This is Aishwarya’s bad karma for her past sins if you ask me
