I’m still not sure where Ekta and team are going with this track. The response so far has been terrible and rightly so because Aakash definitely can’t pull off being a 20-something and well, one can’t blame him but I think this was finally the first time I felt that maybe they have a vision in mind.

I remember jokingly mentioning earlier that maybe the mop is hiding his real hair and I saw a faint stubble on Rio today. I think he’s gonna grow it out again and go back to the Ansh look that he had originally.

Again, not sure what they’re going with here but I think this is probably the first time we are seeing the exploration of trauma of someone who has lived through one of the worst things a human being can experience. Just because Nandini has moved on and has experienced the true love of a good man doesn’t mean her trauma doesn’t exist, her scars have faded away and her memories of her assault are gone.

In S1, they barely explored her trauma beyond the first few episodes post the incident but they seem to be going there now and I hope it’s done well because it surely is a topic that needs representation.
