In one of his video Ash Anna mentioned he played with csk last yr so he felt that Flem is over interfering like Ms has given responsibility to Rutu so he isn't involving much nd Rutu is trying but at times Flem dominates he mostly ignored Rutu's point

This is what MS hates. When he was Captain, he wanted full power, and when he passed the baton to Rutu, he never interfered.

& if Fleming can piss off MS, then it won't be MS who will leave, it will be Fleming, as Fleming has used and taken credit for every good work of MS.
