Hey guys,
An interesting episode today. Loved Sagar as he has started a campaign to win back Ganga. It was lovely to see Sagar smile so lovingly at Ganga after so long.

An interesting episode today. Loved Sagar as he has started a campaign to win back Ganga. It was lovely to see Sagar smile so lovingly at Ganga after so long.
Brief Summary
Khurana tells Ganga that Sagar belongs to Ganga and noone else. He goes.
Ganga refuses to abide by the decision that Khurana has made and walks off.
Sagar is afraid of losing her. He knows tat she will come back to him but he is afraid that it will be too late.
Sagar decides to remove the fear of losing her and begin again to win Ganga back.
Shanta birthday. Everyone wishes her. Shanta is given a gorgeous red sari by Shubot. Gudiya puts it on Ganga. Sagar smiles at the sight after promising silently that it is her rightful clothing and that she will gain that right.
Buaji gets offended by seeing a widow wearing red and forcefully takes off the sari off her. Sagar is unable to say anything. Shubot says that they don't believe in any of it.
Ganga and Gudiya have a talk in the bedroom about her father and then they organise a surprise party for Shanta. Gudiya asks her mother to wear red but she refuses. Gudiya goes to school.
Sagar comes into the bedroom and he again enforces his belief that she will come to him.
He smiles.

Sagar comes to stand in front of Ganga. Khurana turns back towards Ganga
khurana: What did you think? I was still in the agreement that Sagar and Kaveri will wed. The love that is not in Kaveri's destiny, how can she get that love? Destiny and relationships of the heart are made by God. Time and circumstances have given you alot of pain now no more. Destiny wants to give your love another chance, don't waste it.
Ganga: Uncle.....how can......how can this....Kaveri didi....
Khurana: Kaveri is my responsibility not yours. She is my daughter. She has to have enough strength to handle this truth. Anyway for one daughter, I can't do an injustice to my other daughter. I have done alot of injustice to you. I will gain repentence when you get your right which will be when you become Sagar's wife.
She turns toward Sagar when this is said. They both stare at each other. She looks at Khurana.
Ganga: Uncle, you....
Khurana: Sagar's love is yours and only yours.
He places his hand on her head. smiles at her and walks away. Ganga looks at Sagar. He walks towards her slowly. He grabs hold of her shoulders.
Sagar: Why did you lie to me, Ganga? Speak Ganga. Why did you lie to me? That too this big that you had married Shekhar bhaiyya. That too when I sufferred in pain in front of you. To separate me from yourself, you pleaded for the sake of the relation that doesn't even exist. Speak, Ganga. Why did you not tell me the truth? Why did you suffer after giving me pain? Why do you want to destroy your life with your own hands? Speak, Ganga, Why?
Ganga: I just want to do my duty. Kaveri didi...
Sagar: Kaveri destiny cannot be taken or changed by anyone, not even you. To give someone happiness you cannot give yourself a lifetime of pain.
Ganga: A lifetime of pain will be given to Kaveri didi if she doesn't get Sagar. She won't be able to live without you. When a heart breaks then life becomes death. The soul gets broken into little pieces. I know this as I sufferred it but Kaveri didi... You can't steal Kaveri didi's life.
Sagar: That means even now you....
Ganga: Even after Khurana uncle decision, my decision remains the same. Sagar was Kaveri didi's and always remain hers. If by this broken heart a relationship is saved then what can be greater than that? I am sure that you will forgive me. I am helpless.
She begins to walk backwards and then flees. Sagar is left staring after him.
Sagar (in his mind): Ganga, I won't misunderstand you. But maybe you are not feeling the strength of our love. If my love is true then you will surely return to me. The only fear that I have is that it could be too late.

Ganga returns to her room while the Sangam title tune plays. Sagar enters the house too.
Sagar (in his mind): Light removes the darkness, Ganga. Tomorrow's sun will bring a new light of hope for me. You will see a new Sagar from tomorrow. You won't see the fear of losing you in your Sagar's eyes. It will be with the belief of winning you. With the dream of completing our love. This dream will very soon become reality. I am sure of this Ganga.
As he is thinking this. He begins to smile while looking at Ganga who is standing by the window. She realises he is there and quickly shuts the curtains and window.
Shanta birthday. Shubot wishes her as do Ganga and Gudiya. Gudiya wants to see what Shubot has gifted her. She opens the box and sees a gorgeous red sari. Gudiya picks it up and places the sari on Ganga.
Gudiya: Look, my mummy is looking beautiful.
Sagar from a doorway sees Ganga in the sari and smiles lovingly at her.
Sagar (in his mind): You are looking very beautiful. This is your real appearance. Believe me, I will make this look yours very soon. This is my promise to you.
Buaji is horrified at seeing a 'widow' wearing red and forces her to take it off. Shubot declares that they don't believe in anything like that. Ganga tries to pacify her but Gudiya refuses to understand why her mother cannot wear red. Ganga takes Ganga to the bedroom to explain.
Gudiya refuses to listen to Ganga when she says that she can't wear red. Ganga makes Gudiya laugh. They decide to have a surprise party for Shanta. Gudiya asks what she will wear and Ganga compliments her on her choice of dresses. Gudiya then asks about Ganga and she shows her a pale yellow sari. She says that it is her father fav colour. Gudiya comments on her father not being able to see them so it doesn't matter. They discuss heaven etc. Gudiya insists Ganga wear red to the party. Ganga doesn't say anything but smiles and after kissing Gudiya sends her to school.
Sagar comes into the room after Gudiya leaves the room. Ganga picks up Gudiya's dresses to put back into the cupboard.
Sagar: Shekhar bhaiyya hated lies. You are living the life of lies.
He grabs her by the elbows as she begins to walk away from him. He brings her real close to him.
Sagar: Why Ganga? Why are you killing your emotions and heart? Why are you sacrificing your love? Why do you want to destroy the truth for this life? Speak Ganga.
As he is saying this, he is bringing her closer and closer to him. She pushes away from him at the end.
Ganga: What is lies and what is truth for me will be decided by me and not by anyone else. Why won't you leave me alone? There is no space for you in my life. Go far away from my life.
She walks away from him to put her sari in the cupboard. Sagar doesn't let her move from there as he crowds her into the space between him and the cupboard.
Sagar: Can a heart and its heartbeat ever separate? No. Nor will I go anywhere and not let you go away from me. I have loved truly, not committed a mistake. I know that you love me, Ganga, real love. You will come, Ganga. You will definately return to me and my love.
Ganga: You are very sure of yourself!
Sagar: Not on myself but on my love. Love's strength isn't that weak that worsening circumstances and naive stubborness would destroy it. You will come, Ganga. You will come to your Sagar. I will wait for you.

Comments: I loved Sagar's determination today. He smiled throughout Ganga's tirade. It was lovely to see him smile so lovingly and be sure of himself. Buaji interference today was the spoiling part of the episode but otherwise it was great. Sagar will weaken Ganga desire to get him wed to Kaveri and to stay away from him. I wish that Sagar would reveal the truth of her supposed wedding to Shekhar. It would surely stop buaji in her tracks. She's always ranting and raving about her widowhood.

Comments: I loved Sagar's determination today. He smiled throughout Ganga's tirade. It was lovely to see him smile so lovingly and be sure of himself. Buaji interference today was the spoiling part of the episode but otherwise it was great. Sagar will weaken Ganga desire to get him wed to Kaveri and to stay away from him. I wish that Sagar would reveal the truth of her supposed wedding to Shekhar. It would surely stop buaji in her tracks. She's always ranting and raving about her widowhood.
