I liked rahi for the first time when she did tod fod in the cafe and i hope she goes full villain. This saccharin sweet mother daughter bebli bebli is unbearable..they can exit pakhi toshu and make vasudha rahi as vamps.
Upmaa giving herself a certificate saying, “Main buri maa nahi hoon,” was easily the biggest joke of 2026. Instead of slapping Rahi, why doesn’t Upmaa slap her own “Baa Bhagwan,” who constantly insulted and taunted her, even after seeing her with Diggy?
The truth is simple: not Rahi, but Upmaa deserves the titles of “Worst Mother,” “Worst Daughter,” “Worst Sister,” and “Worst Mother-in-Law.”
Had Upmaa truly been a good mother to CA / Aadhya / Rahi:
a. She would never have taken CA into the “TamaShah” circus right after adopting her.
b. She would never have made CA cry on one of the most important days of her childhood — her school dance competition.
c. She would never have abandoned CA and rushed to the “Royal TamaShah Palace” just because Pari, who was only a few months old, fell ill.
d. She would never have baked a cake for Pari’s second birthday and taken it to the “TamaShah” zoo while leaving CA hurt and jealous — feelings that were completely justified.
e. She would never have left CA when Majboor questioned her terrible priorities. Any person in Majboor’s place would have lost patience after tolerating so much emotional neglect.
f. She would have thrown every single TamaShah out of “Niraasa Bhavan” the moment they falsely blamed Aadhya for Dumpy’s death.
And the worst part? Upmaa’s nonstop “Mere Anuj” chant has become unbearable now. If Upmaa truly loved Majboor:
a. She would never have attended Pari’s homecoming ceremony while Majboor sat helpless in a wheelchair after surviving that horrific cliff accident.
b. She would never have run back to the “Royal TamaShah Palace,” for celebrating Holi, leaving Majboor emotionally shattered when CA went to Mumbai with Maya.
c. She would never have abandoned Majboor in a wheelchair just to assist Crinjal during labour pains.
Not just Rahi — even Barkha was right when she accused Upmaa of having a soft corner for Vanar “Fraud” Shah and the TamaShah family after the cliff tragedy. If Upmaa were truly spotless in character, she would never have let Vanar “Fraud” Shah walk away freely after grabbing Majboor’s collar and threatening to kill him.
And the most shocking part? Upmaa claims to be a true devotee of Lord Krishna (Kanhaji). Lord Krishna destroyed his own uncle Kans for his evil deeds, while Upmaa continues to protect, defend, and emotionally surrender before the very people who repeatedly insult, humiliate, and destroy her life — the TamaShah family.
It would truly be satisfying to see Upmaa finally get a taste of her own medicine when Rahi gives Shruthi the status of a mother — the kind of mother Rahi actually deserved after Upmaa slapped her.
After all, Upmaa herself had no problem ignoring her own mother, Kanta, while giving the place of a mother to her regressive ex-MIL, Jhuli. Not only did Upmaa repeatedly choose Jhuli over her own family, but she also failed to protect her own mother and brother, Bhavess, from Jhuli Mawali’s constant humiliation and insults.
The same Upmaa who lectures everyone about relationships could never stand up for the people who truly loved her. That is why her emotional speeches now sound hollow and hypocritical rather than meaningful.
